Public Sector Partnerships Director

At Spring Health, we're revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers that prevent people from getting the help they need. As a Public Sector Partnerships Director, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our mental health services to state and local government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities within the public sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the public sector.
- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to state and local governments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $200,000.
