About the Role

As the Director of Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving partnerships across expansion markets for our embedded finance, point-of-sale lending, and API technology. You will also spearhead product partnerships and channel partnerships to support our new suite of residential lending products.

You will focus on building strategic relationships that drive significant value to partners, their customers, and Figure's customers. Your goal will be to generate meaningful revenue for Figure while expanding the impact of existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential product partners and channel partners
  • Execute the full partnership process while navigating complex, enterprise-level deal dynamics
  • Expand the impact of existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with our product team on embedded lending, point-of-sale, and API
  • Work with legal & compliance to structure partnerships with non-licensed partners
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience owning a revenue target in a partnerships role with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals
  • Ability to aggressively drive new pipeline
  • Understanding of both product partnerships and channel partnerships
  • Consultative partnerships approach
  • Interest in financial services, lending technology, and mortgage product
