Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager, Public Sector

Collibra is seeking a results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos, and achieve new business pipeline targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in public sector field marketing, with expertise in designing digital marketing and engagement tactics that drive results. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, translating global campaigns into regional digital and engagement roadmaps, and aligning with GTM leaders and Integrated Marketing team members to develop field marketing priorities and multi-channel marketing plans.

As a metrics-driven, process-driven critical thinker, you will be accountable for delivering results and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a proactive and collaborative team player who breaks down silos and is experienced with tools such as Asana and Bizzabo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos, and achieve new business pipeline targets
  • Provide strategic direction and translate global campaigns into regional digital and engagement roadmaps
  • Align with GTM leaders and Integrated Marketing team members to develop field marketing priorities and multi-channel marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and investments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or 10+ years experience in marketing to the public sector, the federal government, and healthcare industries
  • Proven experience in public sector field marketing within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to achieve pipeline targets and demonstrate success at the top, mid, and bottom of the funnel
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional 'can-do' positive attitude, with stand-out interpersonal and communications skills to achieve highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders
