About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at TimeClock Plus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts to public sector organizations, achieving established goals and objectives for revenue, gross margins, and product mix.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in conceptual and strategic selling of software products, preferably in the workforce management marketplace. You will need to demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills to ensure that all sales goals and project timelines are met and that customer relationships are established and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business opportunities and qualifying customers
  • Identifying business needs and requirements
  • Coordinating personalized business plans and preparing professional presentations
  • Negotiating contracts between customers and TimeClock Plus personnel
  • Attending customer presentations, tradeshows, and user groups in assigned markets
