About the Role:

CrowdStrike, a leading cybersecurity firm, is seeking a skilled Regional Alliances Manager to spearhead the development of a successful Federal DoD/CIV/IC channel strategy. This role requires building strong relationships with existing partners, identifying new business opportunities within Alliances and Referral partner channels, and increasing partner-originated sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, engage, and collaborate with strategic partners to drive successful launches, enablements, and sales growth.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales Engineers to develop technical enablement strategies that support the channel sales approach for the territory.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal sales and technical teams and partner sales and technical teams.
  • Strategize with field marketing on designing and executing marketing programs, events, and campaigns to create interest among partner customers.
  • Develop annual business plans outlining target revenue objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and partner accounts.
  • Stay informed about CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value propositions, and competition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS businesses, with a proven track record of quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinking and hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem-solving, idea generation, and conflict management.
  • New partner development experience and familiarity with decision-makers within current relationships.
  • Able to communicate effectively with partners at all levels, from sales reps to C-level executives.
  • Motivated self-starter with leadership skills, able to multi-task, work independently, or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in information security and strong technical knowledge of various security and networking technologies.
  • Experience working with Solution Providers focused on the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian Agencies.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
