About This Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled Regional Alliances Manager to drive customer expansion in the South Central region. As a key member of our team, you will focus on taking our install base with partners and growing it by adding module adoption.

This role is ideal for candidates located in Texas who are passionate about building strong relationships with existing partners and growing our business within the VAR/Reseller, Technology Alliances, and GSI partner channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit high-potential partners, collaborate on successful engagement, launches, and enablement, and deliver sales, product, and support trainings as needed.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales Engineers on technical enablement for relevant partners, developing a strategy that supports our channel sales approach.
  • Support internal sales and technical teams in engaging with partners' sales and technical teams, facilitating effective partnerships.
  • Strategize with field marketing to design and execute marketing programs, events, and campaigns that create interest and awareness among partners' customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining target revenues and objectives for the year.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay informed about CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
  • University or college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS business-to-business environments with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem-solving and generating ideas and solutions.
  • New partner development experience, including working with decision-makers within current relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with partners at all levels, from sales reps to C-level executives.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to multitask, work independently, or within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Estimated Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience.
