Regional Sales Expansion Manager

About the Role:
CrowdStrike seeks a Regional Alliances Manager for customer expansion in South Central, focusing on taking our install base with partners and growing module adoption.
This position is open to candidates in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong productive relationships with existing partners, growing our existing business within VAR/Reseller, Technology Alliances, and GSI partner channels.
- Identification/recruitment/collaboration with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement.
- Coordination of technical enablement with Channel Sales Engineer, developing a technical enablement strategy supporting the channel sales strategy.
- Support facilitation of engagement between internal sales and technical teams with partners' sales and technical teams.
- Design/executing marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners' customers.
- Development of a business plan outlining target revenues and objectives for the year.
- Maintenance of ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
- Thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition, and competition.
- Up to 50% travel requirement.
Requirements:
- University/College degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of channel sales experience in software/SaaS business-to-business environment with consistent quota over-achievement.
- Strategic thinker/hunter mentality with hands-on problem-solving skills/idea generation.
- New partner development/experience with decision-makers in current relationships.
- Effective communication across all partner levels (sales rep to C-level).
- Motivated/self-starter with strong leadership/multi-tasking skills.
- Strong organizational/presentation/communication skills.
Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on the location in Texas.
