Position Overview:

Rose International is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and guide various initiatives within our organization. This role requires a professional with a robust background in project management and a strong understanding of healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify objectives and challenges related to data management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Client Data Strategy, ensuring effective communication of this strategy to relevant parties.
  • Work with leadership and technical teams to translate organizational goals into actionable tasks.
  • Create detailed work plans and timelines to facilitate project execution and communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks essential for project operations, including onboarding new team members and coordinating meetings.
  • Generate comprehensive status reports and highlight potential risks and issues to leadership.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all project dependencies are met.
  • Review deliverables from external vendors to ensure compliance with expectations.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and meetings with program staff to ensure alignment and progress.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in project or program management.
  • At least five years of experience in IT or analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Experience in data teams, data integration, or analytics is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Familiarity with public cloud services, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service.
