Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and guide complex initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, particularly within the healthcare or financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee projects with budgets exceeding $1 million, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to drive projects from inception through to completion.
  • Conduct regular meetings and workshops to engage team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program and project management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects involving data analytics and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desirable.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with Medicaid Encounter Data.
  • Understanding of the Massachusetts healthcare landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting information effectively.
