Position Summary: The IT Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various technology projects. This position is based in Quincy, MA and operates in an onsite work mode. The role is contract-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the overall coordination and aggregation of project status reporting and health assessments.
  2. Lead and organize initial meetings with business units to clarify engagement objectives, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
  3. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to identify and propose effective solutions.
  4. Maintain and track action items, risks, issues, and next steps throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Build and sustain effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  6. Document and keep accurate records of project plans, meeting minutes, decisions, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  7. Create visually appealing project reports using graphics and desktop publishing tools, integrating various document formats.
  8. Prepare presentation materials including slides and handouts for meetings and reports.
  9. Develop templates for consistent reporting and communication across projects.
  10. Coordinate meetings and conference calls for multiple teams, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are documented.
  11. Manage financial aspects such as invoice tracking and budget oversight.
  12. Review and obtain approvals for system support requests.
  13. Collaborate with the Help Desk team to ensure prompt resolution of open requests.
  14. Adhere to established project management methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  15. Oversee the internal Project Repository to ensure all project artifacts are collected, version-controlled, and accessible.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in Information Technology, Project Coordination, status reporting, project planning, SharePoint, Jira, MS Project, and familiarity with healthcare or legal environments are highly desirable.
