Position Title: IT Project Coordinator

Work Environment: Onsite

Project Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall coordination and facilitation of project status reporting and health assessments.
  • Organize and lead initial meetings with business units to clarify engagement objectives, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail while identifying and proposing solutions to challenges.
  • Track and manage action items, risks, issues, and subsequent steps.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Document and keep records of project plans, meeting minutes, decisions, schedules, budgets, and other relevant materials.
  • Create visually appealing project reports using graphics and desktop publishing tools, integrating various document formats.
  • Prepare presentation materials including slides, handouts, and overheads.
  • Develop templates for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple teams/projects, ensuring accurate documentation of meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Manage financial responsibilities such as invoice tracking and budget oversight.
  • Review and obtain approvals for system support requests.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Help Desk team to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding project management methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage the internal project repository to ensure all documentation is organized, version-controlled, and accessible.
