Position Summary: The Vice President of Business Services will act as a crucial link between ASM Global's corporate leadership, regional executives, and local venues. This role is pivotal in supporting corporate initiatives and projects, ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Activation and Engagement: Drive the successful implementation of new programs and oversee user engagement across various systems.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead and facilitate transformation projects across ASM Global, contributing to the development of new programs as necessary.
  • Management of Centralized Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain centralized programs and coordinate financial analyses with corporate finance.
  • Shared Services Strategy: Explore opportunities for shared services to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.
  • Growth and Integration: Support contract renewals, new business ventures, and transitions related to venue openings.
  • Leadership Development: Oversee the recruitment and development of talent within the business services team, engaging in succession planning and strategic discussions with executive leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role includes overseeing the hiring, training, and performance management of team members, ensuring compliance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least three years in a managerial role across multiple business units.
  • Experience in the sports, entertainment, or venue management sectors is preferred.
