Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and proactive Vice President of Operations to oversee our expanding mental health practice.
This permanent role presents an exceptional opportunity to significantly influence our organization, guiding our strategic direction and ensuring our continued success.
The Vice President of Operations will manage the daily functions of our practice, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
This position is vital to our ongoing growth and success, and we are in search of a candidate who shares our passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our medical practice, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements of our practice, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Collaborate closely with our medical and administrative teams to guarantee the highest quality of patient care.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Lead, inspire, and develop our operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a successful track record.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, including the creation and execution of operational policies and procedures.
- Experience managing the P&L of a healthcare organization or department, with a solid grasp of financial management principles.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for recognizing opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- A deep commitment to patient care, with a desire to enhance the healthcare experience for our patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
