Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Financial Strategy at Immix Biopharma, Inc. is instrumental in directing financial management and regulatory compliance. This leadership role demands a robust foundation in finance and accounting, coupled with outstanding managerial capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial reporting framework and guarantee the precision of regulatory submissions.
  • Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial assessments.
  • Administer accounting operations and establish industry best practices.
  • Compile financial documentation for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Formulate and execute risk management strategies.
  • Evaluate and alleviate financial risks and vulnerabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Nasdaq/NYSE Listed Company Regulatory Filings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
