Position Summary:
The Media Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic insights and analytical thinking within the organization. This position is responsible for delivering analytics-driven insights that inform the development of media and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Media Director to create and implement analytical strategies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support outcomes, drawing meaningful conclusions and implications.
- Oversee and guide Analysts, fostering their professional growth and analytical skills.
- Instruct Analysts in ongoing analysis to ensure timely adjustments and optimizations of campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a structured reporting system utilizing SQL or similar technologies.
- Interpret dashboard data and provide actionable recommendations based on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) findings or other statistical evaluations to inform media planning and buying decisions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams daily to plan, execute, and analyze various projects.
- Assist in the agency's new business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics within marketing sciences at a media agency, market research firm, consulting company, or in-house at a brand.
- Proficient understanding of databases and SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with media and website measurement technologies, including ad serving platforms and website analytics software.
- Data visualization skills are desirable (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI).
- Background in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or Quantitative Marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw insights, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Experience in analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
Additional Information:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office each week. All personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
Compensation Range: $81,500-$128,000 annually. This range reflects the company's anticipated pay for this role at the time of posting, subject to adjustments based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
