Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Audience Data and Analytics Manager to assist our Global Brands teams. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary resource for managing our audience data, overseeing reporting, data analysis, and internal data utilization. You will be tasked with generating comprehensive reports that our Attendee Experience, Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams will depend on. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in executing our Meetup program by analyzing audience data to support effective segmented communication strategies. Your analysis will be essential for enhancing attendee engagement and advancing our sales and marketing initiatives.

The Audience Data and Analytics Manager will collaborate closely with the Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, reporting directly to the SVP of Attendee Experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in CRM Systems: Extensive experience in managing CRM data, emphasizing accuracy and functionality.
  • Reporting Expertise: Proven ability to create insightful reports within CRM platforms and through external tools to inform business strategies.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communication: Outstanding communication skills to present data insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
