Production Support Specialist

ConocoPhillips, a prominent player in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a Production Support Specialist for contract roles. The Production Support Specialist will be tasked with the organization and management of production-related documentation (run tickets).

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing production-related documentation (run tickets)
  • Verification of daily production data to ensure completeness and accuracy, including curtailment, downtime, and variance comments
  • SLS Training - Oversee attendee lists, providing assistance for training and scheduling as necessary
  • Participate in Stand Downs/Safety Meetings, offering support and scheduling
  • Assist with the compilation of Intelex data as required
  • Support LSR data collection and organization
  • Input Intelex data as needed
  • Gather and store Waste Manifest documentation
  • Process invoices using SAP and Open Invoice
  • Perform a variety of administrative and office tasks involving sensitive and confidential information with minimal supervision
  • Provide assistance to area Support Groups as needed, including HR, Regulatory, Environmental, M&R, Support Services, HSE, and Fleet maintenance
  • Assist with cost tracking and LOE forecasting
  • Coordinate business meetings and training requirements for MBS Leadership
  • Support new employee onboarding, including assistance with computer, mobile phone, and other supply needs
  • Administer FDG and assist the Production account team
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or as an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office support or administrative capacity
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
  • At least 1 year of experience with SAP
  • Experience in production data entry and reporting
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Skill in managing tasks to efficiently complete work responsibilities
  • Strong team player; committed to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
  • Capability to prepare accurate and legible reports
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Responds creatively and positively to challenges and demands
