We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Analyst to enhance our team.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, evaluation, and revision of logistics documentation, strategies, and assessments that support critical program milestones from initial design through lifecycle management and disposal considerations, addressing all Twelve (12) Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements to optimize total ownership costs for the client.

Generate and present Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Logistics Product Data (LPD) for NAVAIR initiatives using authorized databases such as SLICwave.

Conduct both economic and non-economic LORA analyses, along with sensitivity evaluations utilizing OPUS 10 and COMPASS modeling software.

Formulate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies, analyses, implementation, and sustainability recommendations.

Review Contract Statements of Work (SOW) and logistics-related Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Gather and assess logistics data, prepare materials for presentations, and produce reports.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for planning, organizing, resource management, prioritization, procurement assistance, and issue resolution.


Essential Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in conducting supportability analyses across various requirements including manpower, consumables, facilities, equipment, maintenance, transportation, and software.

Experience in evaluating system support requirements to ascertain tools, testing equipment, spare parts tracking, and maintenance planning documentation for technical soundness.

Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.


Education:
High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:
Regularly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as calculators, copiers, and printers.

Security Clearance Requirements:
Secret
