Role Overview:
As an Acquisition Management Analyst, you will provide essential support to our Department of Defense (DoD) clients, specifically the US Navy. Your expertise in business processes will be critical in assisting commands with their procurement actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in establishing schedules and monitoring the progress of procurement activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on procurement challenges.
  • Support data collection efforts to implement regulatory and policy guidance.
  • Interface with various stakeholders and organizations.
  • Provide comprehensive program, analytical, and acquisition management support.

Daily Tasks Include:
  • Management of records and business research analysis.
  • Valuation strategy development.
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Report writing using Business Intelligence software.
  • Execution of administrative tasks as needed.

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in preparing, interpreting, and presenting data.
  • A minimum of 3 years in acquisition management support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical, finance, and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
