SAIC is seeking a skilled Circuit Board Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) fabrication and assembly.
  • Operate and maintain PCB fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance equipment.
  • Procure PCB-related parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Develop and evaluate PCB processing methods to ensure high-quality products.
  • Verify multi-layer PCB designs according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain production schedules and track PCB jobs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform equipment repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in quality and reliability assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive fabrication support to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with chemical-based equipment and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to pass CPR and AED courses.
  • Comfortable working with strong chemicals and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Interim secret clearance required with ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of 6S+ principles and practices.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and hazardous materials handling.
