Job Summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production-related records, reviewing daily production data, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including receipt and filing of production-related documents.
  • Production Data Review: Review daily production data to ensure completeness and accuracy, including curtailment, downtime, and variance comments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing attendee rosters, scheduling training and meetings, and assisting with data compilation and reporting.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices in SAP and track open invoices.
  • Office Administration: Perform a wide range of secretarial and office duties, including handling sensitive and confidential information with limited supervision.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word.
  • 1+ years of experience using SAP.
  • Experience with production data entry and reporting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
