We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Analyst to enhance our team.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, evaluation, and revision of logistics documentation, plans, and studies that support critical program milestones from initial design through life-cycle maintenance and disposal analyses, addressing each of the Twelve (12) Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements to optimize total ownership costs for our clients.

Generate and present Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Logistics Product Data (LPD) for NAVAIR programs using established databases such as SLICwave.

Conduct both non-economic and economic Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) as well as sensitivity assessments utilizing OPUS 10 and COMPASS modeling software.

Formulate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies, analyses, implementation, and ongoing support recommendations.

Review Contract Statements of Work (SOW) and Logistics-related Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Gather and assess logistics data, prepare materials for briefings, and generate comprehensive reports.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective planning, resource allocation, prioritization, procurement support, and issue resolution.


Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in providing supportability analyses across various requirements including manpower, consumables, facilities, equipment, maintenance, transportation, and software.

Experience in evaluating system support requirements to identify necessary tools, test equipment, spare parts tracking, and maintenance planning documentation for technical accuracy.

Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.


Education:
High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:
Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as calculators, copiers, and printers.

Security Clearance Requirements:
Secret
