Position Overview
As the Finance Business Partner for eCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the BWS eCommerce leadership team to drive the execution of our strategic initiatives for BWS Online and WOW Partnerships. These are vital avenues for growth within the Endeavour and BWS eCommerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial aspects of BWS Online and WOW partnerships, managing the complete P&L process from revenue to DAP, while providing insightful analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and broad communication of business initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and refining business processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver effective and insightful reporting and commentary for informed decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with the BWS eCommerce leadership team to align on key assumptions.
  • Take ownership of weekly trade performance reports and forecasts.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to establish cost control measures and optimize future trading opportunities.
  • Manage P&L against established budgets and targets, effectively communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Act as the finance lead on special projects, including integrations and financial deep dives.
  • Identify critical profit drivers and opportunities for business enhancement.
  • Support initiatives for business improvement as identified by the leadership team.
  • Ensure that long-term financial objectives are supported by sound strategic thinking and robust business cases.
  • Lead, mentor, and facilitate change with business partners.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across various stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to ensure a consistent operational approach.
  • Work across the finance division to implement best practices and enhance systems and processes.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CIMA.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to convey complex financial information in a simplified manner.
  • Proficient in financial systems within a commercial context, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, GCP, and Google Suite.
