We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing and communications efforts in North and Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing and communications strategy that drives brand perception and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our VP of Marketing to develop a global marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Lead our communications teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina to implement the global strategy in each market across owned and earned media.
  • Optimize our marketing efforts for market-specific opportunities and localize our messaging based on cultural differences.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvement in desired brand perception and contribute to growth in platform activity and revenue.
Requirements
  • Strong background in marketing, communications, and brand management.
  • Track record of success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns powered by creative storytelling that drive perception change and inspire action from key audiences.
  • Notable experience leveraging organic social media and influencer relationships for business impact.
  • Experience leading a corporate communications program, including crisis management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and performance manage a team.
  • Professional level Spanish language fluency.
Target Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Marketing Communications Teams.
  • Extensive experience in the US and also experience working in LatAm.
  • Experience working for a user-generated platform.
