Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. As a key collaborator, you will work closely with internal groups to deliver client asks on time and serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Serving as the primary client point of contact for assigned projects, including regular communication and status updates.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly project status reports and timely conference reports.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and other agency partners, representing client interests to the team.
- Partnering with, organizing, and navigating assignments effectively.
- Initiating, presenting, and driving to completion value-added projects.
- Participating in the development of client marketing strategy.
- Escalating or de-escalating potential problems as needed.
- Communicating and understanding the implications of business strategy on project decisions.
- Setting up meetings and providing accurate agendas and meeting notes.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure consensus around scoping, project approach, etc.
- Documenting and tracking scope, and identifying potential scope creep.
- Effectively communicating client issues that may result in scope changes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of industry experience with a digital or CRM background.
- Proven ability to express yourself clearly and organize ideas well.
- Agency experience is a must.
- Experience in developing and/or collaborating with internal teams on client-facing decks and presenting.
- Team player with great time management skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology.
