Position Overview:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be instrumental in assisting the Human Resources department by overseeing employee relations functions. This role is essential for addressing employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Management: Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and support to both employees and management.
  • Policy Development: Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies and protocols concerning employee relations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential documentation of employee relations cases and their resolutions, emphasizing preventative data analytics presented monthly through dashboards and reports.
  • Training Initiatives: Support the design and implementation of training sessions focused on employee relations and conflict management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all pertinent labor laws and regulations.
  • Engagement Promotion: Advance employee engagement strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a concentration on employee relations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis within the Employee Relations Team.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software, preferably Workday.
