Client Relations Specialist

Objective:
Under the supervision of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Client Relations Specialist is tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary: Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Aids customers in utilizing payment systems, selecting and operating machines, processing retail transactions, and managing wash/dry/fold requests; addresses customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as necessary.
Arrives at work in a professional and tidy manner, adhering to the designated uniform policy.Safety and Security:
Upholds a secure atmosphere inside and outside the store by adhering to established security protocols and prioritizing the safety of both employees and customers.
Store Maintenance and Cleanliness:
Guarantees that the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld within and around the store at all times; follows prescribed cleaning schedules and accurately documents completion.
Equipment and Facility Care:
Appropriately records maintenance issues related to equipment and the facility, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager on duty.
Retail Operations:
Maintains an appealing visual display of retail items consistently; possesses a comprehensive understanding of retail products and provides education to customers; accurately processes transactions and encourages additional purchases.
Wash/Dry/Fold Services:
Delivers a consistently high-quality service to customers by selecting the appropriate equipment for garments and meticulously completing orders; maintains accurate logs.
Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly and satisfactorily; immediately notifies the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager of any claims.Company Policies and Procedures:
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience: Familiarity with commercial laundry products and payment systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Quickly build strong customer relationships.
Basic computer proficiency.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Physical Demands:
The position requires prolonged periods of standing, manual dexterity, bending, stooping, and lifting.
