Our close-knit team at AlphaGraphics - US715 is currently looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join us on a full-time basis.

The Client Relations Specialist is chiefly responsible for fostering and sustaining positive interactions with our clientele by ensuring their needs and expectations are fulfilled.

We are particularly interested in dependable and collaborative individuals who are motivated by the chance to contribute to the prosperity of a local business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary internal representative of the organization.

Communicate our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers and provide pricing estimates based on their needs.

Relay customer requirements to the support team in line with company policies and procedures.

Engage with customers via phone or in-person to offer information about products or services, process orders, manage pricing, and handle order cancellations.

Calculate charges for requested services, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing for printing services using PrintSmith Software (EFI).

Experience in a printing environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Attract potential clients by addressing product and service inquiries and suggesting additional offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a printing environment is preferred but not required.

Proven ability to conduct customer needs assessments, meet service quality standards, and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong organizational capabilities.

A genuine desire to assist others.

Critical thinking skills to assess the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions or approaches to challenges.
