Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Management: Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and assistance to both employees and management.
  • Policy Development: Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures pertinent to employee relations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of employee relations cases and their resolutions, emphasizing preventative data analytics through regular reports and dashboards.
  • Training Initiatives: Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs centered on employee relations and conflict management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement Promotion: Advocate for initiatives that enhance employee engagement and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis within the Employee Relations Team.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software, preferably Workday.
