Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Management: Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and assistance to both employees and management.
- Policy Development: Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures pertinent to employee relations.
- Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of employee relations cases and their resolutions, emphasizing preventative data analytics through regular reports and dashboards.
- Training Initiatives: Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs centered on employee relations and conflict management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement Promotion: Advocate for initiatives that enhance employee engagement and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis within the Employee Relations Team.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR software, preferably Workday.
