Job Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Excellence: Manage all front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and handling phone inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs throughout their visit. Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and an outstanding patient experience.
  • Insurance Handling: Assist patients with insurance matters, accurately process claims, and facilitate billing procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions clearly and effectively to patients.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA, to maintain a safe and confidential environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting. Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess a friendly and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order in a busy office environment.
