Job Summary and QualificationsRole Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator II acts as an advocate for patients and families, enhancing customer service and fostering a culture centered on patient and family needs. This role requires effective communication and critical thinking skills to assist guests with inquiries in person or via phone. The coordinator will monitor and support guests accessing emergency services, demonstrating compassion and a willingness to assist at all times. This position serves as a liaison, proactively addressing concerns raised by patients and families.
Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education: Associate's degree or higher
Required Experience: At least one year in customer relations or a public-facing role. Familiarity with automated information systems is essential. Completion of specific training courses within the first year is expected.
