About the Role

Pisgah Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled Grants Coordinator to join our team. As a Grants Coordinator, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our organization's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and develop grant proposals that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Write and submit grant applications, reports, and other required documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with program staff to ensure that grant requirements are met and that reporting deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors.
  • Assist in the development of budgets, financial reports, and other grant-related documents.
  • Stay up-to-date on funding opportunities and trends, and provide recommendations to the Grants Director on potential funding sources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, business administration, or public administration.
  • At least two years of experience in grant writing, reporting, and management.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis is a plus.
