Role Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks within the clinic, including patient registration, financial communication, and fee collection. This role also encompasses a range of clerical duties and business operations such as appointment scheduling, responding to inquiries, managing incoming correspondence, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and input essential demographic and financial data accurately into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other relevant applications. Verify necessary documentation, including Consent for Treatment and Financial Responsibility forms.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing scripted information to prepare patients for their visits.
* Offer general administrative support to optimize operational efficiency, including scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with clinical services.
* Handle cash transactions and daily deposits, ensuring a balanced cash drawer.
* Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic, performing routine cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
* Experience in medical administration within a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, or insurance agency.
