- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in using multiple technology-based communication systems, including multi-line phone systems.
- Account Management: Update patient account information in the practice management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Lead or Manager to address operational issues and maintain department efficiency.
- Statistical Reporting: Maintain logs for statistical reporting on incoming referrals, providing valuable insights for practice improvement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Comfortable using multiple technology-based communication systems, with previous experience using multi-line phone systems preferred.
