Role Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks within the clinic environment, including patient registration, communicating financial responsibilities, and processing payments. Additional duties encompass clerical tasks and business operations such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, managing incoming correspondence, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately collects and enters essential demographic and financial data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other relevant applications. Verifies necessary documentation, including Consent for Treatment and Financial Responsibility forms.
* Manages incoming, outgoing, and inter-office communications. Provides standardized instructions to prepare patients for their visits.
* Offers comprehensive clerical support to optimize operational efficiency, including scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with clinical services.
* Handles cash transactions, ensuring accurate collection and daily reconciliation of cash receipts.
* Upholds cleanliness and organization within the clinic, performing routine and periodic cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
* Previous experience in a medical administrative role within a hospital, physician practice, clinic, nursing home, or insurance agency.
