Role Description:
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative tasks within a clinical setting, including patient registration, financial communication, and fee collection. This role also encompasses various clerical and administrative responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, providing information to callers, managing incoming correspondence, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately gather and input essential demographic and financial data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other relevant applications. Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and verified, including Consent for Treatment and Financial Responsibility forms.
* Manage incoming, outgoing, and inter-office communications. Provide routine instructions to prepare patients for their visits.
* Offer general administrative support to optimize operational efficiency, including scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with other clinical departments.
* Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate collection and daily reconciliation of receipts.
* Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic, performing regular housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
* Experience in medical administration within a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare environment.
