Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team within your area of responsibility, focusing on strategic planning, coaching, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Assess team performance, collaborate with team members to set objectives, and document progress while managing incentive compensation and addressing employee-related matters with Human Resources.
  • Drive sales initiatives for products and services, while fostering new client relationships and enhancing existing accounts.
  • Optimize resource allocation in a cost-effective and innovative manner, supporting sales professionals in the effective utilization of tools and resources.
  • Engage in the formulation of financial objectives and metrics to achieve growth targets.
  • Create and implement sales strategies, goals, and plans to meet team revenue objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key market segments and propose strategies for sales enhancement.
  • Enforce and execute sales policies and best practices.
  • Oversee participation in trade shows and contribute to the planning of sales meetings.
  • Generate sales performance reports for senior leadership review.
  • Collaborate with management on product packaging and pricing strategies to align with market demands.
  • Monitor client feedback to ensure strong relationships and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Promote the company's vision, mission, and objectives, establishing FIS as a leader in the industry.
  • Encourage team participation in educational opportunities related to products/services and industry trends to enhance skills and customer service capabilities.
  • Support sales executives in achieving revenue targets through the development of tactical and strategic plans.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or professional experience is required.

  • Proficient in business acumen, industry insights, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and payment solutions technology, including systems and banking practices.

  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats, including presentations.
  • Effective communication with all management levels in an organized manner.

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing a segment of sales activities within the division, with accountability for results, including costs, methodologies, and staffing. Assignments are received in the form of objectives, and the role involves determining the best use of resources to achieve sales targets. Guidance is provided to team members within the framework of established company policies, with recommendations for policy changes and procedural establishment that affect the group.

Engagement with diverse issues where analysis of situations or data necessitates evaluation of various factors, including an understanding of current business trends, is essential.

Adherence to processes and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and results is expected. The role serves as an advisor to team members in achieving sales objectives and resolving challenges. Development and administration of schedules, performance requirements, and potential budget responsibilities are also part of the role.

The salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 to $220,980.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location.

Actual starting pay within this range is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
