About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt and engage with top-tier clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and FIS' Enterprise Account Management team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on FIS solutions and understand client needs and processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline.
  • Lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, and structure deals to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the Financial Services Technology industry.
  • Experience calling on C-Suite and technology executives.
  • Effective collaboration skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fintech experience.
  • Understanding of Banking Technology stacks.
