Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new accounts and maximize sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough client analysis to assess customer needs, values, purchasing behavior, and motivation, including competitor and market analysis.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients by learning about their business and providing solutions that meet their needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Utilize sales planning tools and pipeline management processes to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Competencies and Skills

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or at least 2 years of experience in telephone business-to-business sales.
  • Knowledge and competence in inside sales, including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
  • Superior sales planning and business development skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with superior problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities.
