Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust customer network to identify and onboard new business opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their ongoing requirements are met through our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, driving continuous innovation and alignment with market needs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify potential sales opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product features and advantages, effectively conveying this information to clients.
  • Work alongside the Sales Team to formulate a strategic sales plan and revenue forecast.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Proactively address challenges and propose timely solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in marketing a new product within the agricultural sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
  • Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of the industry.
