About the Role

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Professional to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and participate in sales calls and presentations to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 4 years of related experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
