Account Manager

This is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills. As an Account Executive, you will drive sales growth and success by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will be responsible for establishing relationships and maintaining and growing existing business.
A Day in the Life
- You will develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales targets, earning credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators
- You will understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends, representing Snap Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
- You will build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports, managing sales pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts
- You will maintain accurate customer records within the company's systems, including HubSpot
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $40K, with a competitive commission structure offering uncapped earnings potential, averaging $70K - $175K in year one. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, Snap Mobile offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with a 4% match from the company, 13 paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.
