Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Flextronics. As a key member of our Corporate Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior executives and business group leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and CEO, including market analysis, competitive assessments, and financial projections.
- Manage and coach a team of strategy associates and managers to ensure successful project delivery and team development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, corporate development, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in business or corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Industry experience in technology, manufacturing, and supply chain preferred.
- Advanced operations, processes, and people skills; solid financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and executives.
- Detailed expertise in complex functional/technical areas or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
