About the Role

The Senior Franchise Business Consultant is a key member of our team at Boundlessfellows, responsible for providing strategic support to our franchise offices. This role involves developing and implementing robust business strategies that focus on quality care and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of individual franchises to identify areas of improvement and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue and Care Pro staffing growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor success, and regularly assess and report on the performance of each office.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with franchisees to improve operational processes and efficiency, and guide best practices to enhance overall business operations.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on the franchise's performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with franchisees to encourage open and transparent communication, and act as a liaison between franchisees and the HQ/Performance Consulting Team to address concerns and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Difficult Discussions: Navigate challenging discussions with franchisees, addressing performance issues and recommending corrective actions, and assess the viability of individual offices and guide the process of selling/transferring underperforming businesses.
  • Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to make tough decisions, including recommending the sale of underperforming businesses, and communicate the rationale behind decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of Seven Years of Related Business Management Experience: A minimum of seven years of related business management experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners, and their staff.
