Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Connection. As a key member of our Public Sector Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers in the public sector.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales support and training to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the public sector.
- Skills: Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced technical knowledge, with the ability to present at the C-Suite level.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
