Job Overview

The Director, Business Development will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our service offering in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and profitability goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across VCLS's service portfolio.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to develop proposals, manage commercial agreements, and nurture relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership, BU Heads, and Marketing to craft and execute a strategic, growth-focused business development plan for the US market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, VCLS experts, and industry leaders.

Requirements

  • A deep appreciation for the rapid advancements in the Life Sciences field and a passion for innovation.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • An action-oriented leader who inspires and motivates others, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
