Salary
$62,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at Capital One, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives and teams. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing professional business communication documents.
You will also be involved in general administrative duties, such as copying and distributing mail, and participating in committees and group events.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
