Job Opportunity

The Senior Administrative Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting Executives' demanding schedules, conflicting priorities, and communications. This on-site role requires exceptional organization, resourcefulness, and proactivity.

Responsibilities
  1. Support Executive(s) with calendar management, prioritizing commitments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Manage Legal matters, including sending, reviewing, signing, and filing documents.
  3. Work closely with Leadership to keep them informed of upcoming deadlines and responsibilities.
  4. Collaborate with external vendors to update and manage the company website.
  5. Create and proofread presentation materials for external conferences/meetings.
  6. Support Social Media presence for Company and work with the Communications Partner.
  7. Manage projects and conduct research to support projects and/or provide background for Senior Leaders' decision-making.
  8. Coordinate meeting logistics, including Leadership offsites, Investor/Board of Directors meetings, etc.
  9. Treat highly confidential information professionally and in accordance with expectations of Senior Leaders.
  10. Coverage and support of other C-Level Executives as needed.

Requirements

This role requires prior administrative support experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 6+ years of related experience. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
