Alnylam is a leader in RNAi therapeutics, with a focus on developing innovative treatments for rare genetic diseases. We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Growth Manager to join our team and promote AMVUTTRA, a treatment for hATTR amyloidosis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive sales experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals, with a strong understanding of the specialty sales environment. They will be responsible for driving physician identification, patient education, and market development within their assigned territory.

A successful track record in pharmaceutical sales is required, along with experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including patient services, marketing, and market access. The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with physicians is essential.

This role reports to the Regional Business Director and requires a valid driver's license, with the ability to spend up to 60% of time traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive physician identification, patient education, and market development through effective account planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and physicians to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute territory-level cross-functional business plans to drive sales growth.
