Strategic Client Partner for Enterprise Solutions

As a vital member of TEPHRA, you will focus on nurturing existing client relationships while also exploring new business opportunities in complementary sectors. Your role will be instrumental in establishing new client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research on sales prospects, actively pursue leads, and ensure successful contract negotiations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to meet staffing and delivery requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance strategic positioning.
- A minimum of five years of demonstrated success in IT sales and client relationship management, ideally within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships to achieve or surpass annual sales targets, including understanding and anticipating client needs for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical acumen to comprehend and propose relevant products or solutions based on client requirements.
- Ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely to both team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to influence others.
- Experience with a leading IT services provider.
- Demonstrated success in revitalizing accounts.
- A track record of successfully generating new business.
- Solid understanding of Digital Technologies, including User Experience, Cloud Computing, Analytics, APIs, and AI & ML.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis tools.
